This paper describes the sludge reduction and stabilization overview of the development, sludge treatment and disposal for the current domestic problems, such as sludge dewatering difficulties, high energy consumption, and from the production and practical point of view, to explore sewage Mud vertical percolation dry naturally strengthen the integration of new technology and Digestive and verify strengthen vertical integration sludge drying with natural percolation reactor digest and analyze the feasibility of their effectiveness, reached the following main conclusions. ① developed to strengthen the integration of sludge filtration and drying naturally concentrated digest new technology, validate the reactor initially used to be in the city sewage treatment plant sludge treatment is feasible. ② strengthen integration sludge drying and filtration concentrated natural digestion reactor has good concentration effect, into the soil moisture content was 99.2%, in the sludge retention time of 120d conditions, sludge moisture content of about 79% and concentrated to good effect and did not appear filter clogging. ③ percolation dry naturally strengthen the integration of digestion insulation systems using membrane reactor, the reactor at room temperature under basically reached sludge digestion temperature requirements. ④ concentrated sludge filtration enhanced integration with the natural drying at room temperature, the reactor digestion digestion good effect. Organic content of the sludge into the mud from the mud of 52% to 30%, up 44.4% degree of decomposition of organic matter. Better operating parameters: organic load 0.8kgVSS / (m3 · d), sludge holding time for the 120d, hydraulic retention time 8.3d, sludge concentration 209.423g / L, sludge water content was 79.06%, decomposition of organic matter rate reached 44.4%. ⑤ most of the sludge leachate COD value 200 ~ 600mg / L between; TN maximum of 489.5 mg / L; TP maximum of 117.5 mg / L; NH 3 -N mean large part of 150 ~ 250mg / L, between the sewage sludge leachate must withdraw from the process water treatment plant. ⑥ enhanced with integrated filtration and drying naturally digested sludge digestion reactor detection of heavy metals in sewage sludge copper exceeded the standard (urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard GB18918-2002) is. Therefore, the sludge should not farm, but can be used as garden soil and soil modification. ⑦ been enhanced integration percolation natural drying sludge digestion reactor with sludge settling tests based prediction model reduction formula R = [99 - 79.3959t -0.5529 sup>] × 100%. Using this model the integration formula for enhanced infiltration of natural drying sludge digestion reactor and reduction efficiency for prediction. The experiment shows that the reactor sludge dewatering improve efficiency and enhance the natural sludge drying effect, and after digestion to achieve a reduction, stabilization and recycling. The reactor was set sludge thickening, stabilization, dewatering process completed in one device, simple to manage, invest savings.
