Abstract


The demolition and reconstruction of urban architecture in the development of the social environment under the normal manifestation of urban renewal . However, in recent years there are many buildings have not reached their design life of incurs removed, these extensive case gradually formed a short-lived phenomenon of urban architecture , the phenomenon is not only related to building resources and social wealth saving or not, but also related to social harmony , environmental pollution , and sustainable development . This research background , generated by the short-lived phenomenon of urban construction analysis of the causes and the corresponding solutions . Firstly combined with our building codes to define some basic concepts of the life of the building , combined with the relevant norms of contrast abroad outlines a short-lived phenomenon present situation and problems in China 's current urban architecture , and then from economic loss , waste of resources and energy , environmental pollution the aggravation of the broken ring and social problems of urban culture and other aspects summarizes the negative impact of the short-lived phenomenon of urban architecture , then individual from the building to the city planning and finally to the three levels of society are examined in turn lead to various causes of short-lived phenomenon of China 's urban construction . In the last part of the article , and cause analysis, still corresponding solutions from the individual architectural , urban planning , as well as three levels of society .
