Abstract


Virtual reality is an 3D environment technique realizing the real time human-computer interaction.The scene files created by virtual reality system can be used in the Internet. Virtools is one of the best Virtual Reality development systems. In the paper, Virtools, Poser, 3ds Max, Dreamweaver and other developing tools are used, and a 3D clothing show system is developed. The modules developed are easy and convenient to be operated, and it can be applied on the virtual fitting in the Internet. The customers can select the coats, the trousers and even the shoes provided freely, and then change their color,replace the texture of the clothing and the background. The models can also rotate in order to let viewers to enjoy the clothing from every direction. Several clothing are created in the environment of 3ds Max. In the end, the techniques of the clothing on a walking model are studied.
