Abstract


Top and bottom blowing converter technology developed steelmaking in the top blowing and bottom blowing oxygen converter steelmaking method based on the combination of the two advantages . Currently, blowing converter technology has become the world's major steel - making method . Nearly 30 years of production practice proves that the combined blowing technology enables the process of smelting steel - slag reactions tend to be more balanced , reducing smelting process steel, slag oxidation desulfurization capacity and achieved good economic . In this paper, access to a large number of literature as well as analyze and summarize at home and abroad on the basis of theoretical studies combined blowing converter sampling, analysis , production site at each time point in the process of smelting steel, the chemical composition of the slag and the slag melting point measured in the laboratory , 100t BOF blowing smelting process of desulfurization effect were analyzed. The results showed that : when the slag alkalinity R 5 near , to achieve the best effect of desulfurization ; in certain slag melting temperature , the furnace temperature is higher, the higher the degree of superheat slag , the better the fluidity slag - steel desulfurization reaction is the sooner ; higher concentration of carbon in the early blowing , the furnace temperature is low , low slag basicity , the sulfur in the slag - steel allocation is relatively low ; continue to reduce the carbon concentration in the late , with with blowing , temperature rising, slag oxidation resistance decreases gradually increasing slag basicity slag fluidity is also gradually increased , and sulfur in slag - a steel allocation ratio rising . According to the results of this study , in order to improve the top and bottom blowing converter desulfurization effect in the smelting process conditions , should be used wherever possible slagging agents and metal raw materials of low sulfur content ; in normal tapping temperature under the premise , as soon as possible to raise the temperature of the smelting process ; preparation of suitable ingredients and free flowing slag , in order to create conditions of high sulfur distribution ratio ; benefit from the desulfurization consider the use of a large amount of slag .
