Abstract


The steep seam mining methods in mining technology has been one of the problems . For a long time , domestic and foreign experts and scholars have made ??unremitting efforts and achieved encouraging progress. However, due to steep seam mining conditions the particularity of these mines are still mining methods to improve the level of mechanization , technical and economic indicators improved security situation and the main obstacle . To solve this practical problem , this paper on China's steep seam mining method mine site investigation, theoretical analysis and research on mine stope pressure observation and analysis, summary and upgrade the steep seam mining technology and mining pressure show the law ; and for the mining process are the main technical problems, propose practical solutions , guidance steep seam production safety practices , improve economic efficiency of enterprises and promoting steep seam mining method development . This resulted in the following main results : 1 ) steep seam mining method proposed classification and classification . 2 ) in the mining and steeply inclined thick coal seam thickness , should be preferred caving mining method ; mining thin and medium thick in steep seam should preferably pseudo- inclined Flexible Shield Mining Act ; appropriate to increase the mining area , face strike and dip length and other parameters. 3 ) steep seam mining working face , the next drift compared to the amount of roof and floor closer , closer to the maximum speed of the roof and floor , between two cumulative closer amount under section decreased deformation rates are less than the corresponding value drift , on drift ratio drift stability. 4 ) steep seam mining of face 10 ~ 20m range, the second to strengthen support to ensure the normal use of the roadway space . 5 ) tilt direction along the face , the central pressure is greater than the upper end face pressure , and the pressure is greater than the upper end lower pressures. 6 ) face different positions cycle performance of a relatively large pressure differences. Cycle pressure, the bottom face of the stent dynamic load factor 1.15 to 1.43 , with an average of 1.28 , while the central to pressure , the stent dynamic load factor of 1.3 to 1.66 , with an average of 1.49 . 7 ) Face cycle pressure is not obvious, face periodic weighting step distance between 9 ~ 17 m, the average cycle pressure step distance is 11.8 m.
