Abstract


As people live production, one of the basic needs of life , the most direct manifestation of its carriers - residential . With the increasing living standards of farmers , their urgent need to improve living conditions and create a better living environment, and therefore , in the new rural development policy under the impetus of a new upsurge of rural housing construction has arrived. However, the current status of rural housing was worrying, economically underdeveloped regions , poor living conditions of farmers , some farmers can not meet the normal life house needs , living comfort going. And many economically developed areas, because farmers lack of proper building design guidance, in the building process just blindly pursuit of luxury , a lot of big and empty , building energy consumption is high, the surface magnificence , the actual problem of poor comfort Residential , causing their own money, and national land resources and a serious waste of natural resources . Farm house construction for the current situation , in response to the new rural development policy , the article section to take off in the rural areas of this representative node research and analysis through in-depth local rural , peasant life and production obtained on the actual needs of the customs of the local rural and traditional culture firsthand , and strive to be inspired to explore a suitable Guanzhong area farm house adaptive design principles to local farmers for future reference for new home construction , which is the ultimate goal of this study . First , the article describes the current situation and existing farm house building real problem, a farm house building urgent need guidance fact. Then, based on survey obtained information on local characteristics and farm house in rural production and living conditions firsthand , the article on the traditional farm house advantages and disadvantages of the various functional spaces as well as local farm house trends were analyzed in Guanzhong area of agricultural house were revamping of exploration and study , a clear future direction of development and construction of farm house . And as a reference for typical cases adaptive transform analysis .
