Abstract

In the highly competitive market environment, how to design efficient and rational planning multi-floor facility layout is currently a very important issue , and how to allocate the elevator material handling multi-floor facility layout is the key issue in question . In this paper the use of queuing theory to analyze the distribution of the elevator , and then study multi-floor facility layout problems . Description of multi-floor facility layout problem, multi-floor facility logistics handling costs into the same floor interdepartmental material handling costs and different floors interdepartmental material handling costs to determine the total impact of material handling lift cost allocation is the key issue . Elevator allocation problem that is described how the different floors of the interdepartmental material handling reasonably be assigned to each elevator handling, build M/G/1 queuing model based elevator handling systems , to obtain transportation costs affect the vertical direction of the elevator usage , latency , the total length of stay , and other key factors formulas constructed considering the health of the elevator lift distribution model . Elevator allocation model to optimize the results as different floors interdepartmental material handling costs , by adopting quadratic set covering model gives M/G/1 elevator handling systems based on multi- floor facility layout problem model to minimize material handling costs target and to consider limited floors with a floor distribution sector can not cross the characteristics of multi-floor facilities . Unequal area layout area using space-filling curve method is proposed based on genetic algorithms and simulated annealing method for solving the one-stage multi-floor facility layout problem M/G/1- model algorithm procedures , describing the key steps to solve the given solution algorithms solving processes. For instance validation. Platform to solve the model using the MATLAB programming procedures , with NL- model multi-floor facility layout problem verified by comparing the established multi-floor facility layout problem M/G/1- validity of the model .
