Abstract


At present, China is the the aging most populous country in the world , the development of China 's economic, social attitudes , and the elderly cause much lag behind in the aging process , the concentrated expression of a serious shortage of the number of facilities for the elderly in our society and existing social pension institutions is problematic . With the gradual acceleration of the process of China's aging population , faced with a huge number of the elderly population , to the country and society to bring some much-needed face problems and thinking . This is reflected not only to create a pension humane living environment to meet the needs of older persons , the elderly , and the elderly in their own homes and live independently as possible in their communities , continue to be a citizen to participate in economic activities , correct understanding of and respect for the elderly , but also to a large extent eased the pressure of society . How to build the pension living environment , there is an urgent need to address the problem . This article seeks visits have a better understanding of this more and more people are concerned about social issues through a series of theoretical study and practical investigation , designed to provide some constructive advice for the future, our the pension living environment of the elderly space and recommendations. Paper first analyzes the research results at home and abroad for the Aged in the living environment , to strive from which informed that some of the theoretical basis ; then made ??a series of research and discusses the status and trends of China's urban apartments for the elderly pension living environment , the purpose is to point out at this stage of the city pension and pension environment and future trends learn a lesson in the future design and identify the target ; Subsequently, the analysis of the characteristics and special needs of the elderly , as well as barrier-free environment theory, become the basis for the design of the Aged in the living environment ; proceed from outside the apartments for the elderly pension living environment , two major aspects of the internal space environment based on the basis of these theoretical analysis of the elderly the pension living environment of the design principles and design method. I hope to provide a reference for the the upcoming large numbers of elderly pension residence building and its environment design and construction .
