Abstract

With industrial development , especially the development of the petrochemical industry , the application of a large reservoir tank is more and more widely , but once devastated by the earthquake would cause serious secondary disasters not only cause significant economic losses , so it is necessary to research and analysis large seismic response of the reservoir , in-depth exploration of the coupled vibration mechanism , the dynamic response characteristics of the predicted structures under seismic loads , and provide a reference for its seismic design theory and seismic performance of . In this paper , a large reservoir tank , from the point of view of the finite element method and analytical method perspective of its seismic response analysis, to identify some of the seismic response of law and two methods to calculate the difference between the results . The main contents are: 1 . Describes the progress of fluid-structure interaction theory research and large reservoir tank seismic study of the status quo, to introduce some of the basic theory of fluid-structure interaction mechanics ; based on potential flow theory to simulate the fluid potential flow unit with shell elements to simulate the reservoir displacement - velocity potential finite element format of ADINA software to process seismic response analysis of large - scale reservoir tank fluid-structure interaction , by example , to identify the reservoir seismic response of some laws ; from the point of view of the analytical method described in detail potential describe the method for solving the reservoir fluid-structure interaction seismic response of the the Housner law and speed , compared to the results of the analytical method and the finite element method , a numerical example .
