Development of wood-plastic insulation panels take full advantage of plastic, wood and other waste, the process is simple, green, low cost, to meet the high demand of the construction market wall materials of great significance. Wood wall panels formula, specifications, Production have a preliminary understanding, but a lot of work to be done as a new type of wall materials applied to practical engineering. In this paper test based on the use of finite element software ANSYS analysis of the mechanical properties of wood-plastic insulation panels, test data to verify the finite element analysis of the correctness of finite element analysis to compensate for the limitations of the test, the conclusion that compared comprehensive conclusion provides a useful theoretical basis for the promotion and application of wood-plastic insulation panels. The main research contents of this paper are: (1) in accordance with the specification requirements of a pilot study on the mechanical properties of wood-plastic insulation panels. The resulting test data analysis, to WPC compressive strength, flexural strength and their load displacement curve analysis showed that the strength and deformation capacity of the WPC can meet the requirements of practical engineering. (2) According to the specification requirements of a pilot study of the mechanical properties of wood-plastic insulation panels. Analysis of the experimental data obtained, the impact energy of the bearing capacity under lateral loads and axial loads and shock loads, load - displacement curves, stress - strain curve analysis of lateral loads and axial loads, research impact resistance, under the impact load analysis showed that wood-plastic insulation panels have excellent mechanical properties, other wall materials can not match. (3) the use of finite element software ANSYS analysis of the mechanical properties of wood-plastic insulation panels. Comparison of experimental results, further analysis of the component dimensions and material properties change under transverse loading to the bearing capacity analysis showed that the bearing capacity of the component dimensions and material properties change wallboard will have a greater impact. (4) the objective of minimizing the volume of wood-plastic insulation panels, the use of complex method and ANSYS optimization module to optimize the size of the wall panels of wood-plastic insulation. The optimization results of the comparison of the two methods, the optimal value of the wood-plastic insulation panels size, the results meet the design requirements, saving materials and reduce the cost. (5) using the finite element analysis software ANSYS steel frame wood-plastic wall insulation system. Simulate a single span of two layers of steel frame with wood-plastic wall insulation, this steel frame strength, stiffness, load - displacement curve, stiffness degradation curve, ductility analysis, and compared with the pure steel framework, the analysis showed that the wood-plastic good interoperability between insulation panels with steel frame.
