Abstract
|
Double - crank chain planetary speed reducer is a new type of reducer , it is a new kind of transmission mechanism is developed innovative analysis comparing the various chains planetary transmission mechanism on the basis of their respective strengths and weaknesses . It has a simple structure and easy replacement of wearing parts easy maintenance , transmission ratio and other characteristics, which has broad application prospects . In this paper, considering meet the static balance and dynamic balance , smooth operation , planetary sprocket and chain support wheel load balancing kinematics and dynamics requirements , high load carrying capacity , high transmission efficiency , high reliability and excellent dynamic performance goals , design the overall reasonable structure of the a double crank chain planetary reducer , and the use of CATIA , ANSYS , ADAMS software to create a double - crank chain planetary reducer virtual prototype modeling and simulation environment . Thesis include : based a double crank chain planetary reducer drive theory and design of its structure and the establishment of a three-dimensional solid modeling . Based on traditional methods of stress analysis , to establish the mathematical model of the main components of the stress analysis , calculation and check of the main pieces of strength and bearing life . ② static analysis and modal analysis of the key components of the double crank chain planetary reducer ; the ③ the double crank chain planetary reducer whole dynamics simulation analysis . ( 4 ) physical prototype manufacturing chain of double - crank type planetary reducer .
