Abstract

Excel, Matlab and Aspen plus software , batch distillation , continuous distillation process calculation carried out in-depth study . In batch distillation , n-heptane to octane for example, the reflux ratio constant batch distillation process calculation using Excel first in-depth quantitative research , found that the calculation method of the literature there are inadequacies , to find the right improvement measures . Secondly , the study of the Word and Matlab Notebook dynamic linking and interaction to keep distillate composition constant batch distillation process calculation and access to two important conclusions : first : kettle liquid with reflux ratio changes Xw = -0.0012 R ~ 3 0.0276R ~ 2-0.2217R 0.7581, was a function of three times . Therefore , the purpose of economy , of operation ended kettle liquid should not be less than 0.14 ; Second, the numerical calculation dx value size to calculate the impact of the results of the distillation time T = 7.0729dx 2 0.045dx 2.5648 . Therefore, the limit of the equation that is not subject to calculation process of the accurate distillation time impact . In continuous distillation , distillation separation method using Aspen Plus chemical calculation software complete separation from the aromatics raffinate simulation of industrial grade hexane . The simulation includes packed tower and plate tower module , the simulation results in good agreement with industrial data . Packed tower and plate tower feed location , reflux ratio , distillate liquid recovery operation variable sensitivity analysis to identify the parameters of variation , and finally achieved by optimization of the operating parameters of the n-hexane distillation system Karamay Konka commissioned industrial packaging limited liability company n-hexane technical requirements .
