Abstract


Since the 1990S, competition among enterprise is more and fiercer with the fast advancement of technology, developing productivity and the changing of consumer demand.Traditional cost management is only confined to the internal supply chain management, lack of external supply chain cost management and did not put the cost of the existing integrated management approach applied to the whole supply chain cost management, Traditional cost management is not conducive to lowering the overall cost. However, with the economic development and social progress, the traditional methods of cost management can no longer meet the requirements of enterprise development, cost management must be only from the traditional focus on internal cost management extended to the whole supply chain cost management. Supply chain cost management is the result of the conformity of the supply chain management and cost management, and is the necessity trend of cost management development at the present age, also is the new break through point of today’s corporation obtaining the competition advantage.The doors and windows has been used in the cost of traditional management methods, because of the company’s large scale, diversity of products, production workshops, and together with the associated cost of low quality, making the company’s cost management is very difficult.In view of this situation, the paper first discussed the theory of supply chain, on the basis of the company through the doors and windows of the concrete analysis of specific situations and found that the cost of the company’s management problems, the analysis of the status of their supply chains based on the combination of the cost of the company’s specific problem, the identification of the doors and windows to carry out the cost of supply chain management, the basic idea for the doors and windows set up the supply chain cost management models.
