Abstract


In the progress of urbanization many a village region has been rounded by the city and become city villages,these villages disjoint with the city management, presenting many problems.The existence of the city-village has greatly affected the further development of the city.Although the city-village has generally been incorporated into the overall city planning,but for various reasons,in the city-village’s construction and management process appeared a lot of problems,the building of the city-villages existence a lot of hidden dangers.This paper on this issue carried out investigations and studies,the main contents and results are summarized as follows.1.This paper researched the city-village’s history and the reasons for the formation of,set forth the city-village’s building characteristics and social characteristics and analyzed the reasons of existing potential safety hazard.In addition, this paper considerd due to historical and social reasons,resulting in unclear land ownership,coupled with the interests of the dwellers drive,leading to the construction no legal basis or impracticability.2.This paper investigated the city-village’s construction accidents,considered that construction accidents can be divided into three categories:the collapse caused by the quality of construction or unauthorized expansion;not meet the fire protection requirements caused by fire and the earthquake damage that no accord with the design requirements.3.Through to Zhengzhou’s investigation,found that the city-village’s construction mainly constructed in 1985-2000 years,and the mainly types of construction were brick masonry structure,framework-brick-concrete and a small quantity of bottom frame of brick-masonry building.4.Researched the disaster prevention technology of the city-village construction, discussed the city-village’s fire control planning,building fire separation,fire compartment and the demand of safe evacuation.Proposed suitable reduce the fire station area of responsibility and strengthen the construction design and supervision is a form of operational recommendations.5.Considers city-village’s building and the ordinary civil architecture in the structure and the use nature difference,suggested that the city-village’s building in Zhenghzhou at the carries out the layer and limits highly which stipulate in the Code for seismic design of building(GB50011-2001),should be stricter,namely the total layer reduces 1,the gross altitude reduces 3m.6.Summarized the validity of the national related law,the Local authority document and the profession technical standard in restrains the city-village construction process.Proposed further standard the construction’s management measure,and unioned the actual working practice,has confirmed the suggestion feasibility.
