Abstract


Since 2003, the Task Force on the pulse discharge medical nitric oxide (NO), a wide range of research, the preliminary work is mainly focused on the discharge conditions of the discharge product of NO and NO 2 concentration and NO < sub> 2 / NO ratio impact of research on the study of the microscopic parameters of the discharge plasma parameters less. As part of a study of the subject, the measurement of the different gas flows, electrode spacing and electrode material parameters such as the air under the conditions of the pulsed arc discharge in the emission spectrum of the Boltzmann distribution, under the conditions of the above parameters are calculated pulse discharge plasma temperature , analysis of the gas flow, the electrode spacing and the electrode material of the arc discharge plasma effect of temperature, and pulse discharge plasma arc the influence of the temperature on the air discharge product NO and NO 2 concentration to 2 and other harmful gases optimum discharge conditions the foundation is looking for control air pulse discharge NO NO . The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) by spectroscopic diagnostics under different gas flow, arc spectral intensity gradually decreased with increasing gas flow. Pulsed discharge plasma arc temperature was first increased, then decreased with increasing gas flow trends, the gas flow 3l/min, pulse arc discharge plasma temperature reaches the maximum. (2) different electrode spacing of the spectral intensity and pulse discharge plasma arc temperature, and the electrode spacing showed a non-linear relationship, the electrode spacing in 3.5mm, N4 strong emission spectrum. In the gas flow rate is constant, as the electrode spacing increases, the plasma temperature first increases and then decreases, and then increases again in the electrode spacing of 3.5mm Max. (3) pulsed arc discharge spectrum and the plasma temperature significantly different electrode materials. Found that the the aluminum materials do needle electrode, higher spectral intensity and plasma temperature, the copper electrode plasma temperature minimum. (4) certain discharge conditions, dry air mixed gas pulsed arc discharge spectroscopy findings such as Japan T.Namihira reported broadly similar, mainly produce NO and part of NO 2 , as well as a small amount of byproduct water (H2O), ozone (O3), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4), but there is no N2O. (5) through the study of the plasma arc temperature on NO, NO 2 concentration and NO 2 / NO ratio impact, found: electrode spacing, electrode material is constant, the difference a plasma arc temperature of the gas flow has little effect on NO, NO 2 concentration and NO 2 / NO ratio of; gas flow, the electrode material must, NO concentration and thermal plasma body arc of temperature increase of the electrode spacing way nonlinear increase; electrode spacing, the gas flow rate is constant, a plasma arc temperature of the different materials to NO, NO 2 concentration significant effect.
