Abstract

The ship 3D modeling technology is the basis for Digital Shipbuilding , is the key to improve ship design and construction efficiency . Ship design involves multi-disciplinary expertise in many fields , has its unique complexity , so the ship 3D digital modeling is different from ordinary digital modeling , start it from the characteristics of the ship itself . The thesis is to study the modeling of the ship . First , the use of object-oriented software design methods , the use of the Unified Modeling Language UML analysis and design of the system , conducted in-depth analysis of the two - dimensional layout of the ship , reading or recognizing the layout of the ship , at the same time a very rich ship-specific database , makes the the compartment modeling process be simplified . Secondly, based on spline theory , focusing on NURBS spline expression of the principles and methods of hull lines and surfaces , the characteristics of a ship hull surface smoothing criteria , introduction of NURBS k , l times rational the the base function R i , k ( u ) , R J , I < / sub > ( v ) as the wavelet scaling function , wavelet transform surface fairing Finally, an example proves that the the validity and rationality of the method of this thesis to the Open CASCADE software secondary development tools , developed in the VC environment for ship modeling CAD / CAM systems , and the use of a combination of OCC and MFC design interaction interface, system tools and menu , the formation of a complete system , user-friendly operation . Test demonstration system running under Windows , friendly interface , can be used as an auxiliary tool of the ship designers to achieve the desired goal .
