Abstract


Corruption is ancient and modern social system , the problems become serious impact on people's lives and political power and social stability factors . The anti-corruption success is related to the fate of the nation , social stability and people's lives in a major event . Since the 20th century, the second half of the increasingly serious problem of corruption has brought harm to the world, especially in developing countries, economic development and democracy and the rule of law has become a global public nuisance .
