Abstract


Automobile clutch automotive driveline important safety components , in order to ensure the safety of the car driving clutch performance indicators to detect . Automobile clutch comprehensive performance test station is the completion of the clutch performance testing bench system , can be quick and comprehensive and accurate understanding of the performance and characteristics of the clutch . The test rig control and fault diagnosis system is the key technology of the test bench , the support of the Science and Technology Department of Jilin Province Project automobile clutch comprehensive performance test-bed \The test rig consists of host , control and test systems, fault diagnosis system has three major components . Test bench using IPC as a host computer, PLC , as the next crew , the next crew through the serial port communication , motion control system , on-site monitoring and data processing . The speed control system is the key to control of the test bench , interfere with the high torque and control accuracy requirements for speed control systems , speed control system mathematical model , fuzzy control and strong robustness and PID control steady-state error combine design fuzzy PID controller to control the speed . Simulation results show that , relative to the PID control, and improve the accuracy of the test rig speed control . In order to improve the safety and reliability of the test-bed , in-depth analysis of the failure of the test bench generation mechanism , combined with the actual situation of the failure of the test rig , designed a test bench fault diagnosis system based on wavelet analysis theory and the Kalman filter theory . Better solution to the problem of fault diagnosis of the test rig . Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the fault diagnosis method . Based on LabVIEW development test bed control and fault diagnosis system software , to achieve a system of data collection , data processing , data analysis , test bench control , fault diagnosis and other functions . Design and development of control and fault diagnosis system experiment and practical application of verification , the performance indicators to meet the control system design requirements, test accuracy and high efficiency, stable and reliable system operation , the performance reached the level of similar foreign products .
