Since the 1990s, with advances in technology, pure electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles as the representative of new energy vehicles come to the fore. With the rising of the voice of the global environmental protection and sustained tension of the international energy supply, oil prices continue to rise, development and industrialization of new energy vehicles has been the attention of more and more countries, developed and new energy as financial a new growth point of economic development in the post-crisis. United States, Japan and Europe have vigorously promote the industrialization of new energy vehicles, and achieved certain results. With China's rapid economic development, the consumption of the car is also rapid growth in 2009, China has surpassed the United States to become the world's largest car consumer market, followed by a sharp increase in oil demand, a sharp rise in dependence on foreign oil, and fast industrialization has led to increasing environmental pollution, a substantial increase in greenhouse gas emissions. In this context, the development of new energy vehicles has great practical significance: on the one hand, the development of new energy vehicles help to reduce dependence on oil, to safeguard China's energy security, but also conducive to China's environmental protection and sustainable development, on the other hand, helps with the international environment, to promote China's auto industry by leaps and bounds. China in promoting new energy automotive industry has started to move, issued a series of preferential policies, such as regional pilot and achieved some success, but there are some problems, especially in new energy vehicles for personal consumption is still not entirely such as everyone. In addition, due to a series of national incentives, local manufacturers have launched new energy car project, and has planned a large production capacity. Industrialization of new energy vehicles, the development of the whole industry chain, the current core components, supporting facilities, the industry standard has yet to be perfect. United States and Japan and other developed countries new energy automobile production and sales has reached hundreds of thousands of first experience on the new energy automotive industry, which has a great significance for the industrialization of new energy vehicles in China. To learn first national experiences, improve China's new energy automotive industry, and promote the industrialization of new energy vehicles in China has become an important issue. This paper focuses on the subject within the industrial economics, the concept of sustainable development is based on the integrated use of literature, comparative law, case law, analysis of how to speed up the industrialization process of China's new energy vehicles. The first chapter of the topics of the background and significance, summarized the research findings of the Review of scholars at home and abroad on the basis of the research ideas and research methods. The second chapter describes the characteristics of a variety of new energy vehicle technology definition, types and development. Chapter III on the basis of the second chapter analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the development of new energy vehicles in China, and problems in the development. Chapter problems in the process of China's new energy automotive industry started to analyze the experience of the United States and Japan and other leading countries on these issues.
