Abstract

The continuous development of the times, resulting in market competition is no longer simply a competition between enterprises, which is already growing into the competition among the entire supply chain. In the enterprise supply chain, procurement and the upstream part of bear enterprises to establish effective partnerships with the task, which has ties to the enterprise in the entire supply chain benefits and status. Of course, the reasons for enterprises to establish a supply chain is to save companies the cost of procurement and timely access to procurement-related information and to the greatest extent possible to facilitate product sales. Therefore, for enterprises, procurement and procurement management directly determine the success of the enterprise level, as well as the cost of materials procurement and supply process, the timeliness and accuracy. Therefore, as the process of global economic integration continues to accelerate and competitiveness of enterprises have been gradually manifested as competition in the supply chain, as opposed to "Made in China", companies should be more concerned is the "china sourcing".SGMW’s mini-car companies in order and in the world Suzuki. Toyota competition, and placed in the enterprise before becoming a big problem. The procurement is the precursor of entrepreneurial activity is an important part of the supply chain, procurement of the operating costs with the level of high or low, on the production process and production costs will have a significant impact. Purchasing Management management has become an enterprise to achieve flexible operation, an important means to respond effectively to the market, purchasing management, as enterprises improve their cpmpetitiveness advantages and disadvantages of a crucial element. How to optimize the procurement technology and advanced management methods to build SGMW, "low-cost, high-value" procurement management system to become the focus of this study.Thesis is divided into five sections, the first part of the Introduction, the paper background to the study, significance and domestic and international automotive industry Purchasing Management Research are set forth for research papers pointed out the direction; second part of the procurement management theories and methods outlined the connotation of the procurement management and automotive industry, purchasing management objectives and contents were summarized for the thesis laid a theoretical foundation for the study; third part of the SGMW procurement management status, the SGMW company’s development and procurement management objectives, strategies were summarized; fourth part of the SGMW’s procurement logistics management process analysis, SGMW’s purchase of raw materials, parts procurement, general logistics procurement and procurement of equipment such as an analysis of strategy, and from which sum up the whole problem in procurement management; fifth part of the SGMW’s improvements in procurement management and control, for the preceding analysis, sum up the problem, a targeted improvement strategies in order to be able to SGMW’s procurement improvement in the management of reference play a role. In this study, this paper introduces a world-class supply management and supply chain integration, management concept, SGMW’s procurement management were analyzed. Overall, procurement management in the current corporate executives are increasingly attracted the attention of its functions to play the survival and development of enterprises play a vital role, if played properly, it will seriously undermine the competitiveness of enterprises force, it is important to use the correct management methods, combined with the manager’s attention, I believe that the correlation method mentioned in this paper will play a certain role.
