Abstract


The shipping industry is a capital-intensive industry , a huge demand for capital , and the capital needs of small and medium - sized shipping companies compared to large shipping companies even more urgent , ship aging ship renewal and modernization need huge source of funding increasingly plagued China 's small and medium-sized shipping companies , small and medium - sized shipping companies there are a series of problems , such as fewer of its own funds , a lower credit rating , there are ownership of discrimination by the government and banks to small and medium-sized shipping companies , finance environmental issues the existence and so to some extent hindered the development of China 's small and medium - sized shipping companies , and most of our shipping enterprises are small and medium - sized shipping companies , the development of small and medium-sized shipping companies direct impact on the shipping industry as a whole , so the financing of small and medium - sized shipping companies efficiency related research is of great significance .
