Abstract


With the developmeng of the information technology, modern manufacturing enterprises are now facing the global competition which is remaining diverse and drastic day by day, and informationizing has been the core to improve the competence of their Productions in manufacturing enterprises. Product data management (PDM) and enterprise resources Planning (ERP) are the Primary technology support in advanced manufacturing technology. The research on the integration between PDM system and ERP system not only can reduce the generative cycle of Productions effectively, but also can accelerate transforming Processes of Productions from the field of designing to the one of manufacturing. And as the main Information of the integration between PDM system and ERP system, BOM is the important composing and the syncretic Point of two great information fiats, and it is the central and pivotal contents of information integration between the two systems. BOM has the important Sense to eliminate the "information acnode " existing in them .The Paper firstly introduce the management features、product features and process of product data management of FE company, then resolve the problem of repeated manual inputting product dates which occurrences because of the PDM and ERP systems information has greatly difference and the BOM structure is inconsistency; also analysis products production process and product data information. Study on the PBOM data information at integration process and data structure about EBOM converted into PBOM also PBOM converted into MBOM. On the basis of detailed analysis on the subject, and according to practical designing product dates field information of FE Company, this article provides a solution scheme of exporting PDM and ERP information integration on BOM structural transformation, through examples introduce the process of PDM and ERP detail integration, describe conversion mode about dummy parts and alternative parts, realize PDM and ERP integration also confirm difference effect of integration.Practice shows that this article provide the method based on BOM integration process which resolve the phenomenon that repeated manual inputting product dates because of the multi-view BOM dates are inconsistency, decrease company resources waste and management cost, promote the company competitiveness.
