Abstract


SMEs in the development of the national economy which occupies an important position in their growth and development related to the overall situation of China's economic construction, and how to maintain its rapid and healthy development of a subject is very important in our country today. SMEs in the western region is an important factor to maintain the region's rapid economic development and economic vitality, but SMEs in the western region has long been plagued by a variety of factors, for various reasons, hindering the overall pace of economic development, which is an important factor is the funding. How to improve the financing environment for SMEs in the western region to solve the problem of its financing channels are not clear, is the focus of this study. In this paper, the analysis of the status of the capital markets of the western region on the western characteristics of SMEs, as well as financing the status quo, starting from the external environmental factors and internal environmental factors, and to explore the difficult problems of the western region of financing for SMEs, and on how to solve these problems appropriate measures and recommendations. The paper is organized as divided into five chapters: the first part is the Introduction explains the background and significance of the topic, the content and structure of the papers presented in this article innovation. The first chapter summarizes the predecessors about the theory of capital markets and SME finance theory, including the capital market and the definition of SMEs, the function in which the regional economic development of the capital market, the capital market in the economic development played the role of the modern capital market development theory, SME finance theory, and so on. Chapter 2 analyzes the status quo of western SME financing, starting from the development status of the capital markets in the western region, and pointed out that the western capital markets, there is the small market size, the mechanism is not perfect, financing structural imbalance, further analysis due to the degree of development of the capital market The high western region SME financing difficulties. The third chapter analyzes the reason for the difficulty of SME financing in the western region, discussed from the point of view of macro and micro financing difficulties of SMEs in the western region external environmental factors and internal environmental factors. The fourth chapter is to propose a solution part. Difficulties in financing the reason for the last chapter pointed out, on the one hand, suggested that the western region to to from direct financing environment to improve local SMEs, the the indirect financing environment and the social environment is starting to build a good external environment for SME financing in the western region. The other hand, recommended that SMEs in the western region to strengthen their own credit building, sound financial management system, strengthen technological innovation, so as to improve the internal environment of the SME financing.
