Abstract


Family private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, mostly in the formative years , has completed the primitive accumulation . Family private enterprises are facing due to the market environment of the complex and volatile , and the enterprise's own transition to a higher level , achieve greater development needs , \The key elements of private enterprise \This paper argues that the private enterprise system innovation is a dynamic process , taking into account the cost of institutional innovation and institutional environment constraints , the focus of enterprise system innovation in the different stages of development are also different . Private enterprise in Zhejiang Family study collected a total of 91 valid samples , the correlation analysis , regression analysis , and analysis of variance , the following conclusions : (1) Family innovation and competitiveness of the private enterprise system significantly positive related. (2) focus on the family system for start-up stage of the private enterprise system innovation incentive system innovation ; the growing incentive system innovation is a significant contribution to the viability of the enterprise , and innovation in the organizational system and the system of property rights is a major contribution to the follow-up development capacity ; maturity the focus of the institutional innovation system of property rights and organizational innovation . ( 3 ) at different stages of development , the competitiveness of enterprises is different . With the advance of the life cycle , the growing competitiveness of enterprises , peaked before the recession . ( 4 ) in the different stages of the life cycle of enterprise property rights system , the system of organization and incentive system is different . With the development of the life cycle of the system continues to mature . Finally, the paper is still under study to expand the discussion on the basis of the conclusions , focus on the content of the private enterprise system innovation in the different stages of development of the Family , which is to achieve the sustainable development of private enterprise production factors Family optimal configuration and enterprise reference and the reference value.
