Abstract


The Grid production management is an important part of the entire management system of the power companies , its development and stability in the run is related to economic and social development of the overall situation, the to explore grid production management has important practical significance and impact . Chongqing Electric Power Industry Over the last decade the demand for electricity continues rapid growth , but the one hand, power generation companies due to the losses of power generation are not enthusiastic , on the other hand they are also facing a huge demand for electricity , power supply and demand imbalance in the growth led to a huge power gap , therefore , improve electricity production and management efficiency , to avoid causing electrical efficiency is not high demand contradictions are more important .
