Abstract


With the world economy and trade development and economic construction of China's socialist modernization process , ocean transportation has become a very important national economic industry in the national economy has a very important position . Mission is to undertake the voyage the ship leasing business based shipping company main content. Ocean shipping companies in the carriage of voyage task usually relies on the decision-making voyage estimates. Voyage estimated needs business people have rich experience in ocean shipping industry , and are usually very difficult to have the primary operational staff . In view of this, this article hopes to examples from the previous voyage voyage discovered knowledge to assist in the conduct of voyage estimates . Paper summarizes previous knowledge discovery in the study findings , based on analysis of the process and the voyage voyage estimated content of the sample , according to the course of voyage estimates the demand for knowledge and information contained voyage instance , to introduce the necessary discovery voyage knowledge says: advantages shipping capacity of knowledge , route knowledge , voyage time knowledge . And knowledge for these three characteristics , proposed the corresponding basic theory -based knowledge discovery voyage . The main thesis work and research include the following: ( a ) decision tree learning algorithm was proposed based on the advantages of shipping capacity knowledge discovery method to analyze the advantages of shipping capacity voyage instance knowledge mining objects and select the CLS decision tree learning algorithm C4.5 algorithm with the ability to discover the advantages of shipping knowledge . ( 2 ) proposed routes case-based reasoning knowledge discovery method to study the route case representation , organization, retrieval , route learning case base maintenance . ( 3 ) is proposed based clustering statistical knowledge discovery voyage time , the method and time of the voyage instance by factors related to clustering , the statistical clustering of clusters for each voyage voyage time as the knowledge of time .
