Abstract


Economic and social development of rural surplus labor transfer to non-agricultural industries and urban inexorable law , an inevitable trend for China to achieve industrialization and modernization . Since 1984 , China 's rural surplus labor transfer to urban and non-agricultural sectors from \In this process , the rapid development of China 's agriculture , China 's rural residents ' quality of life was significantly improved, rapid progress in China 's rural society . However , due to the particularity of the conditions of our country , in the process of promoting rural labor export has appeared on some of the institutional mechanisms and operational level , such as the dual structure of the shackles of the rural labor export , \etc., if not timely and effective manner on these issues to be addressed , would greatly restrict the process of China's modernization and urbanization , is not conducive to the settlement of the \In this paper, the theoretical analysis and practical analysis combining combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis , the first systematic analysis of the output status quo of China 's rural labor , the role and problems of rural labor export of agricultural development , improve rural residents quality of life and social progress in rural areas ; based on different flows to a combination of rural surplus labor force in the agricultural non- agriculture, and between urban and rural areas , the rural labor output is divided into three modes and on this three output modes based on the development of China's rural labor export policy ; final conclusion : our country at this stage , only the rural labor output tri-mode both the development , in order to effectively solve the export of labor services in rural areas is reflected in the output places , in order to achieve the promotion of output places of economic and social development purposes .
