Abstract


"the Central Committee of the CCP’s Decision on Certain Major issue about advancing Reform and development of the countryside " approved at the 3rd Session of the 17th CPC Meeting, proposed explicitly the guiding ideology ,the goal, the task and the significant principle about advancing the countryside reform development under the new situation, and made the comprehensive deployment from three aspects that include strengthening the countryside system construction, developing the modern agriculture positively and speeding up developing the countryside non-profit organizatio. This has already indicated the direction for the countryside reform development, and also has provided the rare development opportunity for the village’s travel development.The village travel is the important constituent of tourism. It has characteristics that contain large development potential, the high interrelatedness, the strong drive force and drawing needs obviously. We must develop the village travel vigorously, promote the new rural construction of socialism, accelerate the overall advancement plan about the city and countryside and construct the harmonious society. National Travel agency in 2006 determined our travel recommendation subject is“the Chinese village travel”. The development and use of the countryside tourist resources and the sustainable development, have become the focal points which attract all levels of governments and the society. In 2007 our country’s traveling recommendation subject is“the Chinese harmonious city and countryside travel”. Its propaganda slogan is“the charming village, the vigor city and the harmonious China”. This slogan extrusion’s purpose is impelling the city and countryside’s realization tourist resources’sharing, interaction of tourist sources and the common prosperity. This has vital significance for promoting the interchange between city and country and the coordinated development and constructing the new and harmonious countryside. This article discusses how to further display the function of rural travel under this situation, solve the questions that need being solved urgently, enable the couryside having the good ecological environment and the traditional culture the important carrier of developing the tourism, integrate the countryside to the modern travel trend, promote the harmonious and new rural construction.The full text is composed by five chapters:First chapter: to elaborate the research significance, the content, the method and the limit of the subject concept.Second chapter: to introduce the interaction relation between the village travel and the new countryside of socialism, and to elaborate the village travel’s importance for the construction of socialism new countryside. Third chapter: to carry on the analysis of the present situation and question about the village travel.Fourth chapter: to propose the basic strategy of developing rural travel under the situation of constructing the new socialism countryside.Fifth chapter: Summary
