Abstract


Forest resources as the most important resource on the planet , is indispensable for human survival and development of natural resources. Currently is in China's forestry timber production mainly to changes in ecological construction period , to build a sound forest ecological benefit compensation system is an integral part of sustainable forestry development an important part . 1998 revision of the \management \After three years of trial , October 21, 2004 the formal implementation of the legal system of forest ecological benefit compensation . China's current forest resources can be ecological benefit compensation compensation for the legal system , there are still the main stenosis , compensation standards confusion, single way of compensation , the compensation is not in place monitoring mechanisms to compensate for the relief mechanism imperfect . In addition, the field of environmental law on forest resources ecological benefit compensation Theoretical study of the legal system is still not perfect . Therefore, this paper ecological benefits of forest resources in the legal systems of compensation has a relatively important theoretical and practical significance. This paper summarizes the third part of forest ecological benefit compensation system resource status , while the existing system in a number of problems were analyzed.
