Abstract


China is a large agricultural country, the agricultural population accounts for 70 percent of the total,“Three Rural Issues”, in which the problem of increasing peasants` income is the core, has been closely focused on. And the slowly increase of peasants` income still is the key factor to hinder the development of our country`s economy.First, this paper summarizes the status of the current international and domestic agricultural trade and the peasants` income in our country. That shows that China’s agricultural trade has a sustained and rapid growth momentum. And although the rate of the growth of peasants` income has raised in the past two years, it is still far lower than that of urban residents, and the upward trend of urban-rural gap hasn`t been changed.Through the analysis of all kinds of the existing strategies for increasing peasants` income, found that the effectiveness of these strategies is not obvious. But the research also shows that the promoter action is remarkable of the agricultural trade, by the use of Eviews4.1 software to carry on the data analysis of the agricultural exports and the per capita net income of rural residents. And orientation to increase peasants`income is more effective.Based on the comparison analysis of the agricultural strategies of some developed countries and other two powerful countries in agriculture, the paper proposed several policy suggestions for the increase of peasants` income through the agricultural exports finally: strengthen the education and training of farmers, for the quality base of the agricultural exports; develop the sound cooperation of rural economy to improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products; increase the governments` support and protection efforts for agriculture and agricultural trade.
