Abstract

More and more areas of industrial restructuring policy to play a role in the national economy, and other aspects of the economy and society and even the national economy and related industries are increasingly strong effect. Industrial restructuring policy in the foreseeable future, will continue to play a wider and deeper. On industrial restructuring policy practice and theory in the study, but relative to the important influence of the industrial restructuring policies, such studies need to continue to strengthen. This article is to comply with this trend, the adjustment of the actual effect of the policy to deviate from the policy is expected from the analysis of industry start to explore the industrial restructuring policy-making mechanism for such a departure from the impact mechanism. The full text of the analysis process, in the event introduces analysis of several typical industrial adjustment policies, pointing out that our present stage of industrial adjustment policy practical effect of deviation from the presentational features of the policy is expected.
