Abstract


Now our state is faced with the adjustment and change of economy structure. Microscopically policies、co-relational industry policies and as well as the pressure from environment、resources and competition also call for circular economy in the following development of steel industry which bears the duty of the power and resources conversion and environment protection. But the development of circular economy can’t be the same because that the development and external conditions are different among steel companies. So it’s the best way to combine the characteristic of company itself to strike up a resources saving and environment friendly development way of modern steel company.Thereby, studying on the modern circular economy model of steel industry all over the world, discussing how to follow the pace of industry develop, combining the practice, establishing and improving the circular economy development system, efficient using and recycling of resources basing on technological progress and innovation, reducing the let of waste and depressing environmental influence, achieving sustainable development will have extremely realism meaning to the development of steel industry.This paper will probe into the application of circular economy in the steel enterprises basing on Pan zhihua Steel Group Company.First, by summarizing the theory of circular economy and sustainable development the paper will point out that circular economy which is a new development model of sustainable development strategy is a certain result in the course of seeking after sustainable development way by human being. By summarizing circular economy practices in the foreign and domestic steel enterprises, the paper will point out that circular economy should be a way to realize sustainable development of our country’s steel enterprises.Secondly, the paper builds an index system to reflect the circular economy situation of steel enterprises basing on Pan zhihua Steel Group Company. This index system will not only estimate the circular economy development level of Pan zhihua Steel Group Company but also will help to find the rock-bottom issues and reasons. So it will offer references about how to improve the circular economy development of the steel emprises. Thirdly, the paper will establish a model based on Data Envelopment Analysis to explain the efficiency of the steel company’s Circular Economy running. The model will be illustrated by Pan zhihua Steel Group Company to show the redundancy of the company’s Circular Economy running from electricity consumption、water consumption and mineral consumption, and it will also demonstrate the scale and technique efficiency of the company, it will help to find the problem and the countermeasure of the Circular Economy system of steel company.Finally, the paper builds ecotypic industry chain of Pan zhihua Steel Group Company basing on circular economy theory.The application of circular economy in steel enterprises has relations to fields of knowledge; this research will be broadened and deepened.
