Abstract


Accompanied by the real estate market continued to improve and mature, the real estate business which used to divide crowded market in a timely manner was bound to establish a national strategic expansion of the real estate business division. The number of regional real estate companies expand not only in real estate development business in this special group of economies of scale, cost savings, accounting for a market advantage, but also give enterprises a sustainable development. There is a general risk in the real estate business development activities. And the implementation of China’s real estate business strategy is to accumulate its own risk characteristics. Therefore, the Chinese enterprises need to study the strategy risk of real estate business expansion.In this paper, the author use some data based on the real estate industry background and business development of a proposed study on the expansion of the regional real estate enterprises Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of the subject. According to the business expansion strategy that management theory is the expansion of regional enterprises in real estate development enterprises universal law. According to the theory of risk management revealed the real estate enterprise risk management theory in general.Secondly, in this paper the author use real estate economics, financial management, risk management, enterprise management, human resources management, and other subjects in the field of theoretical knowledge, combined with our regional expansion in the real estate business more than the actual situation on the expansion of the regional real estate companies facing Risk factors for the classification system and a detailed analysis of the real estate expansion in the region more risk factors; in a detailed analysis of the real estate business more than a variety of regional expansion on the basis of analysis, based on FAHP of the regional real estate enterprises Expansion risks of quantitative analysis; put forward a number of regional real estate companies to expand risk-control measures, and real estate business for more than a major expansion in the region raised the risk of preventive measures.
