Abstract


With economic globalization and high-tech as well as the diversity of customer needs and the development of personalized, businesses had to strengthen the core competitiveness of non-core business and functional capability, especially in the logistics business and functional outsourcing to reduce logistics costs and achieve rapid response to customer needs, and improve the level of customer service and competitiveness of enterprises. However, third-party logistics enterprises due to its own limitations, the service provided is often limited in warehouse management, freight forwarders, customs agents and other local business, unable to meet the corporate \This has prompted the emergence and development of the fourth party logistics enterprises. Fourth party logistics enterprises as the leading force logistics service providers, through the integration of excellent third-party logistics companies, IT service providers and management consulting service providers for customers assess, design, develop, and operation of integrated supply chain solutions program, so that the high efficiency, cost-effective logistics services to be realized, for customers to create higher profits.
