Abstract


Causes of economic growth, its internal mechanisms and ways to achieve economic growth, economic theory has always been the core issue. Compared with the problem of financial development, capital accumulation, labor force growth and technological progress and economic growth variables such as the relationship between earlier been widespread concern in economic circles, resulting in a large number of research results. In recent decades, financial development and economic growth has been the relationship between academic attention, more and more economists on financial development and economic growth theory and practice as well as to study the relationship between the two. Financial development and economic growth areas of theoretical research, financial development and economic growth as well as the causal relationship between financial development on economic growth in the contribution of empirical research, the intrinsic mechanisms between research, theory of financial development for the rich in our country application, analysis to find country's financial problems in the development process, and financial aspects of the development of policy options have certain significance and reference value. China since the 1978 reform and opening up, the rapid economic development has made remarkable achievements in the world order. During the same period, China's financial development has entered a new stage. Therefore, a comprehensive investigation of the status quo of China's financial system, an objective analysis of our financial structure and financial development, and analysis of China's financial development and economic growth in the correlation between economic growth and financial development in the role of the financial system is in and economic growth mode transformation of the Chinese economy has important practical significance. The main purpose of this study is to use method of Granger causality test between financial development and economic growth of a long causal judgments country is \development and economic growth between the inner mechanism of action; and from financial development affects economic growth factors, select the appropriate indicators of financial development, the establishment of econometric models, empirical analysis of the development of China's financial contribution to economic growth, which targeted The policy recommendations. Measurement results on the basis of analysis, this paper puts forward policy recommendations, including increasing financial support for science and technology, expanding to non-state-owned economy and improve financial services and other aspects of capital markets.
