In this paper, a method of combining the line spring model and the weighting function , to study the structure of the surface crack fracture of engineering practice widely used welding problem . The main work and achievements include : 1 , on the basis of theoretical studies of the existing line spring model , by weight function to achieve a non-linear distribution of welding residual stress distribution to the linear transformation , so as to solve the nonlinear stress -line spring model applied for the full text of the work has laid a theoretical foundation . 2 , the establishment of a welded plate single line spring model for surface cracks . Reissner plate theory and ideology of continuous distribution of dislocations by the integral transformation method derived the governing equations of the problem and the stress intensity factor expression , using the Gauss-Chebyshev method gives the numerical results with existing finite element solution the comparison results show that the line spring model created the tablet surface cracks with residual stress is reasonable and reliable . 3 , the establishment of a the welded plate coplanar surface cracks arbitrary distribution line spring model . Containing the the through crack Reissner board continuously distributed on the basis of dislocation solution , consider the problem of multiple surface cracks in the welding residual stress control equation . To verify the correctness of the model , the calculation of multiple surface crack stress intensity factor considering welding residual stress case , and do not consider the case of welding residual stress . 4 , as the engineering application of a pressure vessel , the theoretical results are applied to a more comprehensive study of the pressure vessel fracture assessment may lead to the axial surface cracks due to welding defects , circumferential surface crack and multi- a coplanar axial surface crack fracture , fracture analysis obtained some useful conclusions .
