Abstract

Phylogenetic studies have decades of history . At present, most of the studies are based on DNA or protein sequence phylogenetic analysis demonstrates their evolutionary history , and for different species . These methods will eventually generate a phylogenetic tree , the tree node represents a species , on behalf of the evolutionary relationship between species and between nodes connected to side . Due to the lack of gene sequence data , through the analysis of metabolic networks of different species can be found deeper level the evolution of species and class relations . The network topology of the metabolic enzyme map , this paper proposes a new enzyme map of the distance between the method of calculating the similarity between the vertices of the graph and the structural relationship to define the distance . The use of this method , can contain a network or a group of networks of different species , obtained from the matrix can be used to construct phylogenetic tree . Citric acid metabolic networks in different species , the application of this method , the experimental results of phylogenetic tree s very close to , but also display their evolutionary relationships .
