Abstract


The status of communication electronic warfare increasingly important in modern local wars under high-tech conditions , the operational capability of the analysis of forces and equipment , found the existing equipment problem , to determine the equipment system and troops equipped with the rationality and necessity can equipment designed , developed , and with the development of practical recommendations . Assessment of communication electronic warfare equipment , communications, electronic warfare systems and communications electronic warfare forces combat capability has become increasingly urgent . In this paper, the development status and existing problems of communication electronic warfare equipment operational capability assessment ; elaborated communication electronic warfare equipment operational capability assessment concept ; analysis of the basic component of the system of communication electronic warfare equipment ; gives the index system established principles of assessment procedures and requirements , and the establishment of the index system ; Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the communication electronic warfare equipment, combat capacity assessment of each index weighting coefficient and system of each single piece of equipment the weighting coefficient ; using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of single piece of equipment , were quantified score , and then given a single piece of equipment operational capability , system theory combat capability, the calculation method of the system actual combat capability and forces the actual overall combat capability , the last instance .
