Abstract


The face of China's rapid economic development of the situation , building safe, efficient, high quality, efficient high-speed passenger rail system , is the inevitable choice of transport development . With the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city , Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed and other signs of high-speed railway was built, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway started construction , China's high-speed railway construction technology has been fully improved, and for the construction management aspects of the research is relatively small. Article for the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity parallel section of the project as a case study , from the quality and safety , schedule, coordination and management of three important aspects of the construction depth discussions , analysis and research of the project construction characteristics and influencing factors, deepening process control and to develop the appropriate assurance measures . As two new lines parallel sections while carrying out construction, resulting in complex construction environment , construction management and security risks difficulty increases, construction site , construction units and related internal coordination between departments is very important and must seek scientific and effective construction management in order to solve the problem in this series . Major research achievements are as follows: ( 1 ) combined with the new Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity parallel section of the project 's specific situation , analyze the complexity of the project construction and engineering heavy and difficult conditions , highlighting the safety of construction projects and construction coordination importance . ( 2 ) to establish the project's objectives and the establishment of quality and safety assurance system accordingly proposed to strengthen the construction process control measures for parallel construction of potential security risks , developed a sudden case of the adjacent existing line construction safety emergency rescue plan , as the project a technical reserves. ( 3 ) Based on the project construction schedule , analyzes the main factors affecting progress , through the network , information technology means comprehensive control project progress , formulated a main line girder construction organization dynamic adjustment programs , effectively guided the construction site . ( 4 ) analysis of the impact of the parallel section of the key elements of the project construction , focusing on the construction site, the construction unit internally and with the existing line in the transport sector coordination in-depth research, the construction of a series of coordinated management measures for similar future high-speed rail new Line construction project construction to provide a reference and basis .
