Abstract


[Objective ] : analysis of the impact of factors of liver cancer liver resection in patients with postoperative blood albumin levels change , and to explore effective measures for prevention and treatment of postoperative hypoproteinemia occurred . [ Method ] : line surgery for the treatment of liver cancer cases from September 2005 to November 2007 a ??total of 250 cases collected in our hospital , according to their preoperative status , intraoperative , postoperative treatment measures are grouped analysis of different grouping factors patients before and after one day , three days , seven days blood albumin levels and its changes , analyze the relationship between different albumin levels and postoperative liver dysfunction and perioperative death . [Results ] : age, sex , HBsAg / HCVAb indicators , hypersplenism factors such groups, no significant difference in changes in albumin levels in patients with preoperative and postoperative serum albumin . The degree of liver cirrhosis , Child grading factors such groups, a statistically significant difference in preoperative serum albumin level and seven days after the changes in serum albumin . Tumor diameter , resection , operative time , splenectomy , hepatic portal block , intraoperative blood loss , and factors such as grouping , after one day , three days albumin changes have a significant difference . Dose of postoperative exogenous amino acids , hepatoprotective drug type the factors grouping , no significant difference between preoperative serum albumin levels and postoperative changes in serum albumin . Group enteral nutrition , prevention of infection and other factors , seven days after the changes in serum albumin statistical difference . Exogenous albumin dose 7 days after the changes in serum albumin , a statistically significant difference . [Conclusion ] : surgical trauma is a major factor in the early postoperative changes of serum albumin . Liver disease background and liver function is a major factor in the postoperative late albumin changed . Active infection prevention and early enteral nutrition therapy is a major factor in improved postoperative blood albumin levels .
