Abstract


Ballistic missile attack and defense is a complex battlefield environment , how reasonable and accurate evaluation of the operational effectiveness of ballistic missiles in the complex battlefield environment , improve the penetration capability of ballistic missiles has become a major issue . Typical ballistic missile attack and defense process , from the point of view of the radar countermeasures against process modeling hierarchical evaluation index system suitable for ballistic missile attack and defense system . Due to the many factors affecting the effect of offensive and defensive most of the fuzziness , the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced into the field of ballistic missile attack and defense . Evaluate failure , resulting in no reasonable results will appear in the original fuzzy comprehensive evaluation operator computing , this article attempts to explore the use of several improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for performance assessment of the ballistic missile attack and defense . In this paper, do the following: First, the architecture of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as well as a variety of levels fuzzy comprehensive evaluation steps ; Second, specify the fuzzy comprehensive assessment of the existence of two failure , according to the cause of failure proposed a three- kinds of improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method : factors compression level compression method and generalized operator to change the law , each method mathematical verification and examples of calculus ; then, from the point of view of the radar against ballistic missile attack and defense against the evaluation system Finally, missile countermeasure systems performance assessment , and a detailed analysis of the results of the assessment based on improved algorithm uses instance data ; software using visual C 6.0 to construct a ballistic missile attack and defense against the performance evaluation system visualization application interface specific methods and procedures . From the the assessment simulation results can be seen , the improved fuzzy approach used in the assessment of ballistic missile attack and defense is feasible, there are certain guiding significance of the Ballistic Missile system .
