Objective: to observe and evaluate external piles cut off auxiliary piles on mucosal ring cut nail joint technique (PPH) the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids clinical curative effect. Methods: the data of July 2006 - December 2007 three test center of this study were accord with standard of 227 cases of mixed hemorrhoid hospitalized cases, the treatment group 114 cases by the external piles cut off auxiliary PPH surgery group, 113 patients with Milligan - Morgan technique. Observation indicators include: operation time, length of hospital stay, return to work time, curative effect integral, postoperative anal function and safety evaluation, etc. Will the data statistics application software SPSS15.0 statistical analysis of results, P < 0.05 said difference have statistical significance. Results: treatment group operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, recovery time and the curative effect was better than that of control group were integration between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Two groups of safety and postoperative anal function is no obvious difference. Conclusion: external piles cut off auxiliary PPH surgery curative effect is better than the Milligan - Morgan operation, reduce the recurrence rate of PPH and complications incidence, reduce the discomfort and make anal repair beautiful, is a simple, effective and safe treatment method, it is worth clinical further promotion.
