Objective: To seek a simple, short course , fewer complications , safe and effective treatment of chronic anal fissure surgery . Methods : 70 patients with chronic anal fissure patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group . Which the observation group ( 35 cases ) the internal sphincter lateral clamping lysis , the control group (35 patients) with anal fissure resection , postoperative efficacy of postoperative complications , length of hospital stay , healing time , clinical observation and analysis . Results: The postoperative incisional pain , voiding dysfunction , length of stay , and healing time (P <0.05) than the control group ; wound infection, anal function (P> 0.05) between the two groups was not statistically significant . Conclusion: the internal sphincter lateral clamp lysis satisfied with the clinical efficacy , particularly in reducing post-operative complications , shorter hospital stays and healing time has advantages , and the operation is simple, safe and effective .
