Abstract

Kidney transplantation is the best solution currently accepted treatment for end-stage renal failure. Cytomegalovirus pneumonia is a common disease manifestations after renal transplantation cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, the progression of the disease is extremely quick and easy to induce rejection, the prognosis is poor, seriously affecting the receptor or transplantation of kidney transplant recipients the survival rate of the kidney, so the prevention and treatment of CMV pneumonia transplantation sector has become one of the hot. In this study, the non-control study was conducted over the same period, 102 patients admitted from January 2005 to July 2008, a hospital in Changchun City allogeneic renal transplant recipients CMV pneumonia patients for the study, according to the different treatment options are divided into two groups of A, B . A group treatment program for applied basic treatment, immunosuppressants reduction or to reduce the amount of small doses of hormone, a total of 53 cases observed cases; B group treatment program for the application of basic treatment, half the dosage of immunosuppressants or disabled while the high-dose corticosteroids, a total of 49 cases observed cases. Observe the efficacy and safety of different treatment regimen. Survey data entry Excel database, using SPSS12.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data. The study results show that: (1) the effectiveness of treatment: two groups of patients with cytomegalovirus pneumonia cure rate difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) higher than that in group A treatment program, the cure rate of the B group treatment program; two groups within different doses of hormones and immunosuppressive therapy, the cure rate was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). (2) Security: two groups of patients with renal transplant rejection reaction happens difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); rejection reaction was no significant difference between the two groups of different doses of hormones and immunosuppressive therapy (P gt; 0.05). Patients hyperglycemia difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); while the two groups within different hormone therapy dose, elevated blood sugar in patients the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). In the course of treatment, the two groups did not occur osteoporosis, osteonecrosis, and digestive ulcers and other adverse drug reactions. Seen early significant reduction in the dosage of immunosuppressive agents, and the B group treatment programs for high-dose corticosteroids may improve after renal transplantation CMV pneumonia cure rate and reduce mortality, without increasing the incidence of rejection and other side effects. The results of this study for the effective treatment of renal transplant recipients CMV pneumonia, to reduce after renal transplantation CMV pneumonia mortality provide clinical evidence has important clinical significance.
