Abstract

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a strategic reconnaissance and battlefield surveillance system is an important component in today's high-tech local wars bears a very important role. Currently, the area has a large number of SAR interference research, but SAR jamming effect evaluation, but no uniform standards and assessment methods in innovation lags behind, to a certain extent, affected the SAR and SAR interference immunity technologies continue to move forward development. This article is in this context emerged the military needs, the main research work carried out as follows: 1, the interference of SAR Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of traditional methods of traditional new SAR image quality evaluation does not consider the correlation between pixels and perceptual characteristics of human visual system, resulting in subjective and objective inconsistencies occur. In view of this, we propose two improved assessment methods, namely structural similarity assessment based on modified method based on wavelet simulation CSF weighted assessment methods. The former will be introduced to the SAR interference structural similarity effect evaluation field and gradient mode with local variance similarity index as a correction derived SAR interference effect evaluation of correction model; while the latter will be subjective and objective evaluation of contrast sensitivity as a link to link, using wavelet transform and the human visual system matches the characteristics of multi-channel characteristics, to obtain improved evaluation. Experimental results show that the new assessment indicators than the traditional evaluation indicators have obvious advantages, not only to accurately reflect the impact of interference on the image ROI, but also in the quality and consistency of human visual perception are significantly better, improved package assess the efficiency and accuracy. 2, the interference of SAR operational effectiveness evaluation of new methods inching or intermittent sampling forwarding the emergence of new interference pattern, not only for SAR coherent interference pointing out the direction of the interference pattern will also be assessed put on combat effectiveness agenda. Based on the new SAR interference characteristics, the first time, a degree of fraud and the pressure system, a combination of assessment methods, the evaluation process and the introduction of artificial decision feedback effect, further reducing the risk assessment. In addition, combining Rail-SAR field test system for assessing the feasibility of the method was validated. Finally, the establishment of the SAR system for operational target interference effect equivalent projection model, further confirmed the assessment method. 3, interference comprehensive assessment of the performance and application design combined with typical SAR system processes, to build a set of multi-level data source integration system evaluation model. It first use of evaluation index set to replace the traditional single-evaluation indicators, as much as possible the use of information sources to eliminate uncertainty in the assessment, and the neural network as a nonlinear multi-level data source integration tools to achieve a robust assessment of the concept of . On this basis, from the perspective of the application level introduces a preferred method of SAR interference pattern, and made a sound based on TOPSIS preferred strategy. This thesis work from the actual needs of the project, most of the findings and conclusions have been successfully applied to practical projects, and achieved good results.
