Abstract


Founding the contry’s defence and military based on reqirement and operational task has become the universal way that more and more nations take. However, in the course of implement, especially in the course of weapons and materiels constructing, the questions of what we construt is not what we need and the dissatisfactory constructed weapons and matetiels remain. the unscientific method which is used to ascertain task and lack of reasearch about the task’s quantitative analysis lead the questions discribed above.How to confirm task and anlyse tasks quantitatively is called Task Analysis in this paper. The main contents and fruits of this paper are outlined as follows:Firstly, the concepts in relation to Task Analysis are defined. Some basal concepts’signification such as mission、task、task’s measure、task’s attribute、objective、organization、rule are made certain. The concepts of Task Analysis、Task Qualitative Analysis and Task Quantitative Analysis are provided next.Secondly, OOR theory framework, which is the theoretical basis of Task Analysis, is put forward. Task Analysis’object-subject model、input-output model and hiberarchy model are summarized and put forward, thereby what problem Task Analysis should solve and what we have and what we need from Task Analysis and what holistic structure Task Analysis has are made certain. OOR framework is founded and described in the form of figure so as to resolve the problem of Task Analysis. The principle of Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of task based on OOR framework is expounded.Thirdly, the method of Task Qualitative Analysis based on OOR framework is put forward. The thought of the method is introduced firstly; according to the request of the method, SMA is imported secondly; task’s synthetic microanalytic mode based on OOR framework is provided thirdly; the steps of the method are offered lastly.Fourthly, the method of Task Qualitative Analysis based on OOR framework is put forward. The task’s measures and attributes are described formally firstly; task’s attributes are analysed Quantitatively secondly; task’s measure are analysed Quantitatively based on OOR framework thirdly; the steps of the method are provided lastly.Lastly, an application demonstration, which takes the problem of the commander’s task analysis process in the battle of joint firepower strike in information-based warfare as background, is studied for validating the feasibility and validity of the methodology in this paper. The example shows that the Approach of generating materiel requirements system is feasible, effective and promising.
