Abstract


Pinellia ternate,the stem of Pinellia ternate（Thunb.）Breit.is recorded in pharmacopeia of China of 2005 edition of the first book.Pinellia ternate item include gingered Pinellia ternate、KAl（SO4）212H2O made of,another processed products is liquorice together Ca（OH）2 Pinellia ternate which is separate.In this research,study on quality standard of Pinellia ternate and its prepared product.At the Same time determined their water、total ash、ash infused in acid,momentary stipulate the water content lower than 10%、8%、10%、12%of Pinellia ternate,gingered Pinellia ternate、KAl（SO4）212H2O made of and liquorice together Ca（OH）2,total ash content lower than 3%、3.5%、4%、5%,ash infused in acid content lower than 0.4%、0.4%、0.4%、0.5%。Heavy mental is lower than 10ppm,arsenic is lower than 2ppm.Stipulate these water infusion,result showed that the content of Pinellia ternate、gingered Pinellia ternate、KAl（SO4）212H2O made of and liquorice together Ca（OH）2 weren’t lower than 25%、15%、22%、25%。Thin layer chromatography had detected amino acid in Pinellia ternate and its prepared product from twelve places of production using amino acid as contrast.Detected the content of Polsaccharide in Pinellia ternate and its prepared product from twelve places of production using phenol-sulphoacid,result showed that Pinellia ternate、gingered Pinellia ternate、KAl（SO4）212H2O made of and liquorice together Ca（OH）2 weren’ t lower than 8.5%、2.5%、7.5%、8%。Using acid tone colorimetric to estimate alkaloid in Pinellia ternate and using Ephedrine Hydrochloride as comparation under the condition of pH is 5.4 colored by bromthymol blue. Research include that Nanchong in Sichuan province has the highest content of alkaloid in Pinellia ternate while Du Jiangyan pharmacopeia of China in Sichuan province has the lowest. But the difference is not serious.Gingered Pinellia ternate has the highest alkaloid content among these prepared.Determined the alkaloid content of Pinellia ternate、gingered Pinellia ternate、KAl（SO4）212H2O made of and liquorice together Ca（OH）2 from twelve places weren’t lower than 0.04%、0.045%、0.025%、0.04%temporarily.Research on high performance liquid finger chromatography of Pinellia ternate and its products found that the shape of peak and the number have big extinguish between Pinellia ternate and its products.At the same time extinguish also exist in every Pinellia ternate products of peak shape and peak number.Compared the content of Arginine in Pinellia ternate and its products,these products were lower.Objects contribute the high performance liquid finger chromatography of Pinellia ternate and its products to improve set up quality standard.Finally,draw up a draft quality standard of Pinellia ternate and its products in order to perfect quality standard existed.Also provide basis for company and government.
