Abstract


Objective:To study the efficacy and pharmacological mechanism of yanfang MaChiXian decoction in patients with chornic eczema.Methods:101 chornic eczema patients were divided into two groups, randomly,including treatment group and control group.In treatment group we use yanfang MaChiXian decoction;while loratadine and chlorphenamine were used in control group,respectively,as well as observing changes of skin lesion and adverse effects.Results:In treatment group,clinical cure results had been achieved in 21 cases, notable effective results in 28 cases and effective results in 7 cases,while noneffective results in 2 cases.In control group,clinical cure results had been achieved in 9 cases,notable effective results in 13 cases and effective results in 19 cases,while noneffective results in 2 cases.Statistical analysis on clinical efficacy and adverse effects were compared in two groups by statistical software,there were considerable significant differences between two groups(p＜0.05).Conclusion:using yanfang MaChiXian decoction had the more perfectible benefits in patients with chornic eczema than control group.Results suggested that yanfang MaChiXian decoction were responsible for satisfying results in patients with chornic eczema through various different pharmacological mechanisms.
