Abstract


Knowledge of the background : \Ordinance related knowledge and influence factors , in order to provide direction for improving the care of legal education . Purposes : 1 ) describe nursing students understanding of the status quo \factors. 1172 : selected according to the principle of random sampling , Zhejiang, twelve three comprehensive teaching internship hospital internship nursing students for the study , \nursing students to assess understanding and knowledge and influence factors of \Results: 1 ) practical nursing students understanding of \prevention and disposal of medical malpractice (3.41 ± 1.39), medical Malpractice (0.42 ± 0.49), medical malpractice and supervision ( 0.59 ± 0.49 ) , medical damage responsibility and Compensation (2.27 ± 1.08) , lack of knowledge ; 3) factors affect nursing students knowledge of \0.001). Conclusions: 1) internship nursing students positive understanding of the \factors ; recommended the strengthening of hospital training , attention to school education , and guide a positive perception .
