Abstract


Design strategy is in the design before activities, the enterprise to ensure that the design of specific product success in environment analysis, evaluation of design activities proposed a series of clear guidelines. For enterprise is concerned, it is only through the correct formulation and effective implementation and reasonable evaluation, to guarantee the realization of the design strategy. The study in the field of design management design strategy management of three stages: design strategy formulation, design strategy implementation and design strategy evaluation, combined with the practice of project on design case - leroy merlin display space planning, will be one of three design strategy types - brand drive design strategy as the object of in-depth research. Combining theory with practice research design strategy realization path, and to know the design strategy in the enterprise strategy of the position and function; Help enterprise in the practical process to design strategy and implementation of effective judgment; Help in the implementation process of applying scientific evaluation methods to improve the success rate of design strategy. The application of SWOT analysis and choice of design strategy and the use of taguchi method as a design strategy evaluation method is to realize the effective way of design strategy.
